Status Sales and One off Bargains

Now that we are on the run up to Summer, it's time for a little clearance of the warehouse! Over the next couple of weeks you will see a lot of items popping up for sale on our facebook page at great prices so that I can make room for all our new summer items!
As many of you already know I have a little problem of over ordering all the pretty items and so always have more than I should so there will be a nice range of different items up for grabs.


The status sales are the ones to watch! As soon as I post the first to comment 'BUY' gets it, so be quick. What doesn't sell that day will be put on the facebook store at the price shown for a week before being taken off, if we have a lot of items that don't sell I will bulk package them up and sell them wholesale or full price with 50% going to charity!

Website, Facebook and Other Updates

This week has been very hectic here for me here at Yummy Spirit. My new business Our Local Crafts has taken off quite well and I haven't been as attentive as I should be on the shop.
It has however given me an insight to were my customers are coming from and so have come to some hard decisions.
We will be closing the website this weekend, you will still be able to buy my products only now it will be through our new facebook shop. You will receive the same service as the website and you will still be paying the same way through paypal it'll just be through a different medium :) As I am on facebook all day anyway for the our local crafts business you will be able to contact me quickly and all enquiries will be answered.
To celebrate our grand opening we are offering free postage on all items bought this month.

Our raffle is still going on and will be drawn on the 29th April, for your chance to win 10 of our beautiful scarves all you need to do is buy a ticket at £1.50. Raffle tickets are buy one get two free over the Easter weekend and are available from our facebook store.

I will be adding our stock to the new shop over the weekend including our new ranges of cute keyring and purses!

Yummy Spirit Raffle

I have gone and done it again!! I overspent only to find on returning home that the reason I don't buy too many items at once anymore is because I have no space!


So in an attempt to reclaim some of my house, just before I go mad again and use up my new space! I am raffling off some of our products.


This raffle will take place on the 30 April and is to win 10 of our beautiful scarves worth £55. The winner will receive 10 different styles and colours.

Our Local Crafts

Hello and welcome to Our Local Crafts. We are a new UK based networking and advertising community with the hopes of bringing all you wonderful home businesses and crafters together and getting you the recognition and sales you deserve. Our website is up and running here you will be able to find information, advertise and get to know when and where local markets and fairs are local to you. There will also be advertising space available in the near future.

We will also be organising craft and market fairs ourselves in the near future in a bid to help people in there own regions find and sell products local to them, the internet is a powerful sales tool but there is nothing like buying in person!

We have set up our facebook page, where you can join up and get online networked. This is where we will be doing our general and region specific shout-out-athon's and where we will begin our show and tell product advertising. New Fairies, Cupcakes and other Cute items

We have been very busy this week, with new spring items and new business ventures to keep  us busy I almost forgot to blog and promote our new range!! 


This week saw a large delivery of new fairy collectables including the popular range fairy children, a new cute range of cupcakes and mushrooms and some gorgeous new trinket boxes. The majority have now been added to the website and only our woodland fairies have yet to be put on.

Cute Cupcake Keyrings

Our newest business venture has taken a lot of my time but is now up and running. As a small business I sometimes find it difficult to be a small fish in a big pond and it can be quite overwhelming so I have decided to make it that much easier if not for myself but for others! I have set up a website and facebook page where you can find other crafters to network with and find products to buy, we have a local business directory you can add your links to and a place where you can find information on the nearest craft fairs and markets. I will also be setting up my own craft fairs and markets around the UK beginning this summer in a bid to help small local businesses find customers and connections they may not have had before.
